Welcome to the G.B. Copywriting website. These Terms outline the terms and conditions under which you may use my website and services. This website offers visitors copywriting training, workshops and the opportunity to hire copywriting services undertaken by me to help them grow their business. By accessing or using my website, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

The information contained in this website is for general information purposes only. While I endeavour to keep the information up to date and correct at all times, I cannot provide a guarantee about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability or availability with respect to the website or the information, products, services, or related graphics included on the website for any purpose. Any reliance you place on such information is therefore strictly at your own risk. Please contact me to determine if the information or products are suitable for your requirements.

At times, I may link to other websites which are not under the control of G.B. Copywriting. We have no control over the nature, content and availability of those websites and the inclusion of any links does not necessarily imply a recommendation or endorse the views expressed by them.

In no event will G.B. Copywriting be liable for any loss or damage including without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising from loss of data or profits in connection with, the use of this website.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

Please refer to your individual contractual agreement and/or invoice details for payment terms.

REFUND POLICY

Please note, any deposits made by a client for copywriting services provided by G.B. Copywriting are non-refundable. Clients may cancel copywriting projects and receive a full refund on providing written notice to G.B. Copywriting at least 14 calendar days prior to the planned start of the project. In the event that this time period is not met, a partial refund may be provided with notice provided between 7-14 calendar days. No refund will be provided if less than 7 days' written notice of cancellation is provided.

If a project is terminated mid-contract by either G.B. Copywriting or the client, no refund will be provided unless for reasons of unforeseen circumstances, such as illness, in which case, a partial refund will be provided at the judgement of G.B. Copywriting.

For all copywriting training, an email confirmation of your booking will be sent to you upon receipt of your payment. Please ensure you provide a correct and working email address to ensure you receive this email.

Please note, training events run by G.B. Copywriting rely on confirmation of attendance from a minimum number of people up to 7 calendar days before the event. If the minimum number of attendees are not meant, the event may be postponed. Confirmation emails of the event being postponed or cancelled (in the event of any unforeseen circumstances) will be sent to all registered attendees with as much notice as possible.

In the case of cancellation by Gurpreet Bharya, attendees will be able to transfer to another G.B. Copywriting training event of similar value, or receive a full refund (minus any payment gateway fees). G.B. Copywriting will not be responsible for any payments/losses incurred due to the cancellation of any training event.

Refunds will not be provided for any training once the closing date for welcoming new registrants has passed or after the training has taken place. In the event that a payment plan has been arranged between G.B. Copywriting and a registered attendee, no refunds will be provided for the deposit or any of the subsequent payments made.

CHANGES

G.B. Copywriting may, without prior notice, change the services, stop providing the services or any features of the services or create limits for the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.

OWNERSHIP

Following the issue of an invoice, copyright ownership of the Work will be transferred to the Client. The Consultant retains display rights in the Work, for example for use in portfolios, website or other self-promotional channels.

Redistribution or reproduction of any part or all of the contents in any form is prohibited unless you have first obtained permission from G.B. Copywriting and have credited G.B. Copywriting accordingly.

Only unless I have provided you with my written permission, may you distribute or commercially exploit the content. You may not transmit or store it on any other website or other form of electronic system. This website contains material which is owned by or licensed to G.B. Copywriting. This includes but is not limited to: design, illustrations, font, copywriting and testimonials. You are not permitted to reproduce the materials on the website for commercial use or use by any third party. You are not permitted to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works of any material on this website.

CHOICE OF LAW

This agreement shall be subject to the laws of England and the parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
